Can my insurance company make me use their repair shop?
No. In Texas, your insurance company can’t require you to use a particular repair shop (Texas Insurance Code §1952.301). You can choose Patagonia Garage.
Can you handle the insurance claim for me?
Yes. Bring your claim number and your insurance company’s information. We work with your adjuster on the repair estimate, and you pay your deductible.
What if my car has hidden damage?
It happens often once a bumper or panel comes off. We photograph what we find and send it to your insurance company as a supplement, so the added repair is reviewed before we continue.
Do I have to file an insurance claim?
No. For smaller repairs, paying yourself can cost less than your deductible plus a possible premium increase. Ask for the written price first and decide with the numbers.
How do I get a price?
Text a few photos of the damage to (281) 999-2022 or bring the car by. You get the price in writing before any work starts.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Eduardo explains the damage and the repair in English or Spanish.
How close are you to SH-249, Beltway 8, US-290 and I-45 North?
We’re on Cypress Creek Pkwy (FM 1960) in northwest Houston, a short drive from SH-249 (Tomball Pkwy), Beltway 8, US-290 and I-45 North — close for drivers from Cypress, Tomball, Spring, Champions and The Woodlands.
Is Patagonia Garage open on weekends?
Yes — we’re open 7 days a week, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Do you specialize in luxury and electric vehicles (EVs)?
Yes. We’re I-CAR Gold Class Certified and specialize in aluminum repair and EV collision work, including Tesla. Our shop is equipped with advanced ADAS calibration systems and high-voltage safety protocols.
Does Patagonia Garage offer glass replacement and windshield calibration?
Yes. We replace windshields, sunroofs, side glass, and mirrors — and we perform ADAS calibration for integrated safety cameras and sensors.
